The Malvern uses state of the art computer technology for transition to the bath with a highly engineered lift and pivot method. With the patient positioned correctly, the bath is raised allowing the carer to operate without any back strain often associated with lifting and bending. Further assistance is available in the form of an optional detachable transfer chair (assists further the movement from chair or bed to bath) where the patient remains seated in the same chair throughout the bathing process.
